H&L SIA has signed an agreement with Latvian Investment and Development Agency (LIAA) on Incubation support within the framework of the ERAF Project No. 3.1.1.6/16/I/001 “Regional Business Incubators and Creative Industries Incubator”.
The project was implemented with the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development Rural Development Program 2014-2020 “Atbalsts LEADER vietējai attīstībai (sabiedrības virzīta vietas attīstības stratēģija)”. The project is implemented by the community-led local development within strategy “Cilvēks, vieta, darbs Madonas reģionā 2015.-2020.” Project no.:
