Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes! You can return items within 14 days of delivery as long as they’re unused and in their original condition. We’ll refund the full order amount, minus the return shipping costs.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If the package looks damaged, accept it with reservation. If the product itself is damaged, contact us within 24 hours at hi@rumekids.com, and we’ll take care of it.
